Holding Pattern

It's currently 37° with a wind chill of 32°, and we have two of the burners on the cook stove lit, since that's the only way to heat the RV. It takes the chill off as long as the wind doesn't blow much and we don't want to go anywhere. We bought one of those safe electric heaters last winter, but it blows the breaker in the house just like the AC does, so we can't use it.
The bank sort of back-stepped yesterday, saying it would be a few months before we could look at buying a house, so... we just keep on keepin' on, and winterize the RV as much as possible, hoping for good weather to last. We trust in God's timing... we have to, what else is there to do? Worrying about it would just make us miserable, and life is too short.

I'd be lying, though, if I said that being here dealing with it all without Rick doesn't make me dread the coming months.

"Rejoice always, pray continually,
give thanks in all circumstances
for this is God's will for
you in Christ Jesus."
 -  1 Thess. 5:16-18
